  • Member of the Symantec Partner Program (any level)
  • Complete applicable product training requirements (varies by region)
  • Meet one of the following Service Provider Models:
    • Application Service Provider (ASP)
    • Managed Service Providers (MSP)
    • Outsource Service Providers (OSP)
    • Internet Solution Providers (ISP)
    • Internet Access Providers (IAP)

How to Get Started

  1. Download and complete the ExSP agreement form once applicable training requirements are met and PartnerNet access has been obtained
  2. After the form has been completed and the terms accepted, submit it to Symantec based on the country provided on the form and listed below:
  3. After the Symantec Agreement Number (SAN) has been received, work with your nominated Fulfillment Partner to submit a zero dollar fulfillment order for the products needed. Available products are on the ExSP Price List
