Enables you to easily incorporate Symantec solutions into your business model, without obstacles such as upfront costs, or renewals to manage. Designed to meet the needs of Enterprise Service Providers of all types (MSPs, ISP, ASP, Telcos, etc), by allowing use of select Symantec cloud-based and on-premise products to provide managed services and hosted applications to your customers.

Providing Symantec-based services to your customers can reduce your upfront costs and accelerate profitability by enrolling in this program. With flexible options such as pay-as-you-go and volume-based pricing, it is constructed to enhance your customers’ experience, secure recurring business and accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

  • Member of the Symantec Partner Program (any level)
  • Minimum $100,000 (USD) annual revenue*
  • Complete applicable product training requirements (varies by region)
  • Meet one of the following Service Provider Models
    • Application Service Provider (ASP)
    • Managed Service Providers (MSP)
    • Outsource Service Providers (OSP)
    • Internet Solution Providers (ISP)
    • Internet Access Providers (IAP)

How to Get Started

  1. Contact your Symantec Sales Representative for further details. If you need assistance, locating your representative, please email partnerservice@symantec.com
  2. When an agreement has been executed, you will receive a Symantec Agreement Number (SAN) will be sent to you via a Welcome Letter. Once this has been received, work with your nominated Fulfillment Partner to submit a zero dollar fulfillment order for the products needed. Available products are on the ExSP Price List.

To update your Fulfillment Partner Selection, existing members can download and complete a fulfillment partner change request form.

 

*As of April 3, 2017, there is a minimum threshold requirement of $100,000 (USD) annual revenue to enroll in this program.
